Account Executive

The Role

As an Account Executive (AE), you will be responsible for driving new business growth and revenue through selling our SaaS solution to prospective customers. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for SaaS solutions.

Latchel is a software platform that enables property managers to be more responsive and offer better benefits while also creating a new revenue stream, so they don’t have to choose between happy residents and a healthy bottom line. We service over 100,000 homes across over 400 customers in all 50 states of the US. We’re growing rapidly and need an Account Executive to continue our rapid growth trajectory.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and customers
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and activity targets
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, with some additional ongoing support post-sale
  • Create and deliver presentations and demos to potential customers
  • Use a CRM system to manage leads, opportunities, and customer information
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies and identify new opportunities
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
  • Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective customers
The ideal candidate will:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a SaaS or technology sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools
  • A passion for SaaS solutions and technology
Competencies & Qualifications:

This is a mid-level position, and we are looking for someone who has experience in SaaS or technology sales and can hit the ground running. While there will be some SDR support for this role, the Account Executive is expected to spend roughly 75% of their time prospecting from assigned leads. The Account Executive will receive training and mentorship from leaders and peers in the Sales Org, with opportunities for advancement within the company. Compensation
  • $60k Base Salary, $90K OTE
  • Uncapped Commissions with 12-month Residuals
  • Stock Options
  • Up to 4% 1:1 401K Match
