Junior Account Executive

The Role

As a Junior Account Executive, you will work closely with our sales team to develop new business relationships and manage existing customer accounts for our SaaS solution. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is passionate about sales and customer service and has excellent communication skills.

We service over 100,000 homes across over 400 customers in all 50 states of the US. We’re growing rapidly and need a Sales Development Representative to continue our rapid growth trajectory.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and activity targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to close deals
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, with some additional ongoing support post-sale
  • Create and deliver presentations and product demos to potential customers
  • Manage and track leads and opportunities in a CRM system
  • Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective customers
  • Prepare sales reports and updates for the sales team and management
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
The ideal candidate will:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
  • A passion for SaaS solutions and technology
Competencies & Qualifications:

This is an entry-level position, and we are looking for someone eager to learn and grow within our organization. While there will be some SDR support for this role, the Junior Account Executive is expected to spend roughly 75% of their time prospecting from assigned leads. The Junior Account Executive will receive training and mentorship from leaders and peers in the Sales Org, with opportunities for advancement within the company. Compensation
  • $50k Base Salary, $75K OTE
  • Uncapped Commissions with 12-month Residuals
  • Stock Options
  • Up to 4% 1:1 401K Match
