Latchel is looking for a Strategic Account Executive to capture engagement, growth, and performance with our Strategic and Enterprise Accounts. We will establish success and build a plan to reach new heights, while accommodating the variable needs of our amazing clients.
Latchel is the only end-to-end platform that automates maintenance coordination and delivers best-in-class resident amenities. We service over 100,000 homes across over 400 customers in all 50 states of the US. We’re growing rapidly and need a Sales Strategy and Operations Manager to continue our rapid growth trajectory.
Our close partnerships and relationships with our Property Manager clients are a core differentiator for Latchel. We’re looking for a talented, savvy relationship builder who is passionate about growing and developing relationships in this high-impact sales and business development role.
You will report directly to the VP of Sales. This will be a remote position with no in-office or relocation requirements. You’ll periodically travel to national trade shows and events.
As a Strategic Account Executive, you’ll identify, establish, and develop both new and existing business sales relationships with property management companies. You will build and define relationships with some of our most impactful clients to enhance their experience with Latchel and grow their business relationship on our suite of products and services. You’ll focus on growth efforts, including building and developing new relationships, account management, expansions, optimization, operational troubleshooting and more. You’ll renegotiate contracts and work with our top clients on expansion initiatives. You’ll be an agile, self-starter that can take on various client-facing initiatives. You’ll push on scalable solutions and always make data-driven decisions.
Compensation for the Strategic Account Executive role typically ranges from $83,300 – $101,300.
