Can I still use my own contractors?
Absolutely. We can call your preferred contractors/vendors first and then use a Latchel Contractor if yours are not available.
How Do You Vet Your Contractors?
We first make sure that they’re licensed, bonded, and insured whenever it is required by local law. Second, we check their recommendations and past work. Usually our contractors come from customer referrals, if not, we check ratings and recommendations online.
How Do You Track Their Quality?
We use tenant feedback and property manager feedback to score our contractors’ performance. Our score card is based on quality, price, and responsiveness.
Can I opt out of the latchel contractor network?
Yes, the Latchel Contractor Network is optional. You can opt out at anytime.
