We do! We are well known for both our maintenance coordination and our concierge service.
We know that maintenance coordination is a pain for most property managers, so it’s one of our core services that can be included with our virtual concierge services.
Our maintenance coordination and concierge are two separate services.
However, if you’re interested in having us assist with maintenance coordination, we can include it with the concierge service at no additional cost.
Packaging maintenance with the Home Assistant is completely optional.
Though, we often partner with an existing in-house maintenance team to offer our maintenance coordination to save them time and on-call costs.
