Your Order Form: The pricing and services you selected. If you signed one, your copy is not available online: check your email, or ask your Customer Success manager for a copy. If you subscribed without signing an agreement, your plan and pricing are in your account and on your invoices, and those are your Order Form.

Your lease and its addendum: If you pay a resident benefits fee, your property manager sets and collects it.

Terms of Use, for service providers: Covers the Latchel Vendor Network, the Latchel Contractor Network, and service providers a property manager brought. There is no separate network agreement.

These two cover different Latchel products. You are party to one only if you bought that product yourself.

Contractor Dispatch Terms: For people who book home services through Latchel Contractor Dispatch and pay Latchel for them.
Not for property management customers, their residents, or contractors in the Latchel networks.
Resident Benefits Agreement: For residents who bought a benefits package directly from Latchel, paying Latchel themselves.
Not for residents whose property manager provides their benefits: that is the Terms of Use.
