Video Overview
How to Create a Portfolio
Step 1. Log in to Latchel
Step 2. To create a portfolio, click on Portfolios at the top of your Latchel portal
Step 3. On the right-hand side of your portal, click New Portfolio
Step 4. From here, you can create a name for your portfolio and choose to select the assigned Property Manager from the members added to your account. Click Create
Step 5. To add properties to your portfolio, click the Properties tab
Step 6. Click Add Property on the left-hand side of your portal
Step 7. Search for the property address and click on the address to add the property to your portfolio
How to Manage a Portfolio
Step 1. Click the Details tab on the portfolio page to add or update shared settings like budget limits, pre-dispatch contacts, escalation contacts, access instructions.
Step 2. Click the Vendors tab to add or update shared vendor preferences.
