At Latchel, we believe being an “Equal Opportunity Employer” is not going far enough. However, despite many employers practicing non-discriminatory practices, the wage gap continues to exist. That’s why at Latchel we do not engage in the traditional salary negotiation dance. We are up front about the pay structure and give prospective salaried employees three packages to choose from that balance salary and equity. Hourly employees have a set scheduled pay increase as long as their performance meets expectations.
