Our primary service handles end-to-end maintenance coordination for property managers.  We use technology to improve the experience for renters and vendors and make our operations processes more efficient.

Latchel offers services in several multi-billion dollar industries. Property management is a $72B industry in the US; contractor services are worth hundreds of billions. Both of these industries are underserved by technology and suffer from low market penetration and extreme fragmentation. At Latchel, we believe being an “Equal Opportunity Employer” is not going far enough. However, despite many employers practicing non-discriminatory practices, the wage gap continues to exist. That’s why at Latchel we do not engage in the traditional salary negotiation dance. We are up front about the pay structure and give prospective salaried employees three packages to choose from that balance salary and equity. Hourly employees have a set scheduled pay increase as long as their performance meets expectations.
