At Latchel, we believe being an “Equal Opportunity Employer” is not going far enough. Of course we give everyone an equal opportunity and do not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, religion, national origin, age, disability or genetic information. However, despite many employers practicing non-discriminatory practices, the wage gap continues to exist. That’s why at Latchel we do not engage in the traditional salary negotiation dance. We are up front about the pay structure and give prospective salaried employees three packages to choose from that balance salary and equity. Hourly employees have a set scheduled pay increase as long as their performance meets expectations.

For all positions, there is a clear advancement path set by market rates determined by and we review performance every quarter.
