Last week we sat down with Jonathan Cook and Bryan Jenkins of AHI Properties to dive into how they grew into one of the largest property management companies in Alabama.

AHI Properties sprung off of a corporate housing company that operated in 6 states and 12 marketplaces. In 2000, they started buying their own portfolio, acquired a smaller company, and continued to grow to where they are today operating over 1,200 single-family homes in 5 marketplaces.

Jonathan and Bryan talk through some of the setbacks, triumphs, and everything in between when it comes to scaling a property management company.
