Boompay
Q: What is BoomPay?

A: Typically, rent is not reported to the credit bureaus unless it’s something negative, but BoomPay changes that. It allows your residents to get credit for their on time rent payments. It’s also a great marketing tool for you- to let your potential residents know if they rent with you- they can opt into Credit Reporting.

  • $2/Month for Residents when sign up is through Latchel Benefits Hub
  • Reports to all three major credit bureaus (Some similar products are only reporting to 1 or 2)
  • Back reporting (up to 24 months) for a one time $25 fee (This can be a huge boost to their credit!) 
  • No hard or soft credit card pull. 
  • Boom Pay INC will show as an open tradeline on the individuals credit report. 
  • Typical credit boost is between 5-100 points, depending on the individual because credit is unique to everyone. However, generally the lower the credit score, the bigger impact Boom will have.

A: Utility Valet will contact you before your move-in date to assist with setting up your utilities.
